A simple question this week. Do you live your life to its full potential? Or do you go from one disaster to another, wondering when the next disaster will hit? Scripture has a different directive for us to live by. Most people simply live life and take whatever comes there way with a grain of salt. Most people do nothing at all out of the ordinary, simply live from pay check to pay check, wondering where the “Life to the full” that Jesus promised is. Can I give a little advice today, that will change the way you think about your life. Start, right now living your life in a way that is pleasing to God. I mean, if you looked purposefully at everything you did as to give God Glory or to give Him praise, then your whole demeanor would change. Life would not be about you any more, but about God Himself and His Son Jesus Christ. Here a a few verses to look at, hopefully to get your mind turned the right direction.
1 Corinthians 10:31 “Whether, then, you eat or drink or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.” (NASB)
Romans 11:36 “For from Him and through Him and to Him are all things. To Him be the glory forever. Amen.” (NASB)
1 John 3:16 “ We know love by this, that He laid down His life for us; and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.” (NASB)
