I have done quit a bit of counseling during my stay here in Winner, SD. It does not matter if it is a marriage that is need of some help or someone else that simply has another issue. Someone told me a definition of anger once that says “Anger is when someone violates your rights.”

If I see Scripture correct, this should never happen in the body of Christ. Matthew 7:15-20 says Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves. By their fruit you will recognize them. Do people pick grapes from thornbushes, or figs from thistles? Likewise, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, and a bad tree cannot bear good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. Thus, by their fruit you will recognize them.” Now if I belong to Christ, I will show His fruit!

We are to be a servant in the same way Jesus was a servant, giving of ourselves in the same way that He gave of Himself. Philippians 2:5-11 says “In your relationships with one another, have the same mindset as Christ Jesus: Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be used to his own advantage; rather, he made himself nothing by taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness.  And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to death—even death on a cross! Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord,  to the glory of God the Father.”

Live in Harmony, Be a servant.
